What????

Surprise!!  March 14 was supposed to be the beginning of our spring break, but our blizzard break from Jan. 31 - Feb 4 wiped all those day away.  No complaints here, though.  Much to our amazement, and the meteorological network's surprise, we were graced with another nice snowstorm!  Forecasted to bring our area <1", we ended up with a total of 9.1" at this station.  This brings our seasonal total to 51.2".

The snow fell as very large conglomerate flakes during much of the day.  It was amazing.  A co-worker said it reminded her of spring in Colorado.

Awesome! I love the last truck in your vid. Either too much in a hurry to wipe off the snow on the hood or... just lazy. :)

Heck, you may end up with more snow for the season than us here in Oshkosh! I am sure it's not the first time... hmmm?

Goodness, 9.1"! You and OSNW3 have had your snow this year. All the while we did not. Currently we are at 21.9" for the this winter and I think that's all we'll see here.

Great video BTW - my grandson likes to "march" like your child and he "ice skates" on the floor too.

LOL, nice. Can't believe he can see out!

Bob, 21.9" would also be a good year for us. Right about average, actually.

I have a feeling that we're done as well, but you never know. I think it was 2007 that we had a devastating freeze that lasted a long time in April.

Our girls love to march and twirl. I'm amazed at the mind of little girls. She'll be having a conversation with you, and **WHOOSH**, do a couple of ballerina moves. (where do they learn that??)

All I have to say is, WOW.

90F in KC and STL. *sheesh*

Just now, chatting with my in-laws that live in STL, I was shocked when they said it was 90. I had to actually check the Internet.

I know, right?? I came back home from a fishing trip in Rolla and saw the temperature on the top of my internet browser. I had to get on the NWS site to double-check because I was convinced it was a typo. NOPE!

Our air conditioner condenser is currently in our garage due to the foundation work being done on our house. So my wife got to experience the greatness of an attic fan!

Knock, knock are you there? Haven't seen a new report in a few months. Hope all is well....

Hey Bob, still here.

Since we moved to our new home (a 50 year-old) I've spent every free moment doing major repairs/renovations. It's nice to get the projects done, but it sure ate into my blogging time.

It's been a wild spring here in MO, although Callaway County has missed the severe weather for the most part, thankfully. During a severe outbreak one day, I spent an hour and a half in the boy's bathroom with 24 7th graders. As fun as that sounds, I was ready to go home that day!

Hope you and your family are well. I hope to be back blogging again by the end of summer when my projects are done. Take care!

OK WxWatcher, you are going to have get some posts going on your blog. Winter is fast approaching and I'm always interested in your location.

Thanks for the encouragement, Bob. I've been feeling the itch lately to get some posts on here, so I suspect it won't be long! I enjoy aspects about each season here in MO, but winter brings with it much to talk about.
